All fees for digital marketing services, paid ad campaigns, and website development must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Ad budgets for platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok, or YouTube are funded separately by the client and are non-refundable once used.
Service charges, once initiated, are non-refundable as they cover professional time, strategy, and execution.
Service fees are non-refundable once work has started.
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice via jawadadsofficial@gmail.com.
Refunds are only eligible for advance payments not yet utilized on services.
Customized services like WordPress development, SEO campaigns, or tailored ad strategies cannot be refunded once initiated.
All campaign strategies, ad creatives, and website content developed by Jawad Ads remain the property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use delivered assets only for their intended business purposes.
Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter). We are not responsible for their policies, technical issues, or service interruptions. Clients are encouraged to review each platform’s terms separately.
Jawad Ads will not be liable for:
Losses due to third-party platform changes (e.g., Facebook Ads policy updates, Google algorithm changes).
Business interruptions caused by factors outside our control, such as server downtime or ad account restrictions.
Unrealistic expectations not aligned with agreed strategies.
All client information, including ad budgets, strategies, SEO data, and campaign results, is kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required to deliver services.
Jawad Ads reserves the right to terminate services if a client violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activities, or misuses ad accounts.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in local courts under Pakistani jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time to reflect business, legal, or technical changes. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
